RESERVATIONS: A deposit is necessary in order to reserve a site and must be received within 7 days .

We accept VISA, MC, personal check, cash, or money orders. Your deposit will be applied to your total amount due.

*GROUP RATES: $8.00 per person in Group Camping Area
*Monthly Rates in July or October Off-Creek Only
* Minimum 3 Night Stay Holiday Weekends
* Extra vehicle $5.00
* Extra tent $5.00

Extra Person (over 5 years of age) nightly per person $3.00.
Linen rental for Camping Cabins (sheets, towels, blankets, pillows) $5.00 per bed.

7 CAMPING CABINS with covered porch (larger cabin includes swing on porch), electricity inside, water close by outside, picnic table, fire ring or grill, windows to open for a cool mountain breeze and key lock for the door. No bathroom, kitchen, or TV. You provide outdoor cooking equipment, chairs, sheets, pillows and blankets.

PETS ARE WELCOME on RV and Tent Sites and in Camping Cabins if maintained on a leash, cannot be left unattended and must be picked up after.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 7 day notice prior to arrival date must be given for cancellation or for shortening length of reservation (30 days for cabins or deposit will be forfeited. NO REFUNDS for early departure or Holiday Weekends. If the site or cabin is re-rented before your arrival date, a pro-rated refund will be allowed. A $10 charge will be applied for cancelled reservations. 

Sorry, no refunds or discounts due to weather are possible. NO SHOWS will be charged entire amount of reservation. You must pay at check-in for exact number of days you reserved.

PASSPORT AMERICA POLICY: Discounts are not available for the Holiday Periods of Memorial Day, Labor Day; or the months of June, July, August or October. Minimum 2 day stay. Discount applies to daily rates only. 50% all other times.
